When you step inside this luxury apartment the first thing you are drawn to is the large terrace with its wonderful views over Porth beach.

But the interior is every bit as stunning as the views outside. The solid Oak kitchen is a delight.

The large lounge has beautiful leather furniture, LCD TV with Sky TV access and a good selection of some of the greatest surfing films ever.

The three bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin or double & 1 single - sleeps five in total. all have built in wardrobes (two are en-suite) and there is another shower room down stairs.

The main master bedroom is huge, with a small balcony with un restricted views of the beach and bay. The view when you wake up in the morning will take your breath away! There is also a sofa & chair along with TV, DVD and playstation to keep the downstairs as peaceful as possible.

Apartment 3 comes fully equipped with everything from wireless internet & hairdryers to irons, CD players and alarm clocks!

To make sure that an autumn or winter break is thoroughly enjoyable, there is full gas central heating as well.

The three bedrooms are... one en-suite twin (can be a double, please check with us) and the huge master bedroom with en-suite shower/bath.

Downstairs there is the single bedroom with a shower room just next door.

The solid oak kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic "butler" sink and lots of glasses and mugs. There is also a separate washer and drier in the downstairs shower room.
